CAN WE CONTROL OUR EMOTIONS?
When something good happens to us, we are happy.
When somehing bad happens to us, we are sad.
When we fall in love, we love...
When we are tired, we sleep.
When we are hungry, we eat...
It should be that simple...
I need to learn to stop and listen to what's going on with me. Sometimes...I stuff my emotions which is not good for me!
