EMOTIONAL EATING TRIGGERS



We eat a lot of food in response to feelings instead of hunger.
We eat when we feel sad, angry, lonely, hopeless, bored, out of control...

Hm, but what about?

Valentines Day?  We eat because we love!
Thanksgiving Day?  We eat because we want to share the table with our family!
Birthday?  We eat because we want to celebrate!

Do we feel sad, loneley, hopeless, bored or out of contol these days?


What makes us eat then?
